About the Report...
We are proud to provide the highest quality reporting system available. The report is a narrative format which is easy to read and interpret. Our reports are the most comprehensive in the industry.
R.J. Moore realizes the importance of your time and seeks to streamline the inspection process. Through our extensive experience in general building, contracting, and an acute awareness of the real estate sales transaction, we understand the needs of the real estate community.
Included with each report is an executive summary that separates inspection findings into three categories; Safety, Habitability, and Minor Repair Conditions. The numeric format of the summary allows the reader of the report to quickly refer to and isolate specific property conditions.
Digital photographs and illustrations with captions are an integral feature.
What is a Property Inspection...
A professional property inspection is an impartial third-party visual evaluation of the physical structure, electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, roofing, grading and site drainage, interior and exterior of the building(s).
The nature of the property inspection is to identify the major systems and components. To observe and report conditions of systems, and any defects. To offer suggestions for conditions that are in need of repair
The R.J. Moore Home Inspections report exceeds the standards of all of the major property inspection professional organizations.
How long it takes...
The average inspection time is between 2 to 3 hours. The size, condition, age, and complexities of the property are all factors that determine the time needed for on-site data collection.
A verbal summary of significant inspection findings is provided at the end of each inspection. The comprehensive written inspection report is completed and delivered by email usually the day after the inspection. Printed hard copies of the report can also be delivered by postal mail for an additional fee.
Your inspector is available to discuss and further clarify any of the findings listed in the inspection report.
